The first weekend of Making the Cut has been good. Yesterday was my first day back in the gym after tearing up my muscles so bad.
My friend Amber came with me and we did cardio on the treadmills (walked 1.25 mi, ran 1.25 mi) then did weights just kind of here and there. (Didn't follow JM's circuits.)
Today I went to the pool and was able to do a few laps, but I'm heading ot the gym in a few minutes to do a proper workout.
The eating has been...not exactly according to plan. I just can't get motivated to make a 45 minute meal all the time. And I certainly have not been up early enough to eat the breakfasts she wants me to. So I have been eating a lot of Kellogg's Smart Start.
I was exactly the same weight today as yesterday, so I'm hoping tomorrow I'll show some loss.
Only thing...I had gelato at Whole Foods with Amber yesterday. I was going to get some no-taste ice cream with no cream and no sugar, but the sign by the gelato said 165 calories. It was only a very small scoop, so I am not allowing myself to feel bad about it. 4 oz.
