The good new is this: I have never in my life got up early to work-out. As of this morning, I can honestly say I have accomplished that feat.
I loathe getting out of bed. I am not crazy about working out. So, to get out of bed to go work out... this is monumental, friends.
The less good (because it's not bad) news is this: I had to stop after 45 minutes of learning the work-out moves and go into the bathroom to throw up water and stomach acid in the sink. Gross.
BUT, in light of staying positive, I DID accomplish 3 of the circuits (though I would have liked to complete all of them.) And I did stick to the eating plan for breakfast this morning and I am feeling full. And I am feeling awesome that I actually got up and worked out.
I hope I will be able to do cardio (running or elliptical) tonight. I am going to see Dr. Jenkins and he may have to do something that would prevent cardio tonight, but here's hoping I can continue the awesome'ness tonight.
