Today marks day 8 of Making the Cut and I feel great.
I have received two comments on looking different from 2 co-workers and that is the best reinforcement I could get.
First was "your face looks thinner," second was "your stomach looks flatter."

I did cardio before work yesterday morning (man it feels good to accomplish something before 8am!) and then weights with Amber last night. Two work-outs a day is the best way to go, according to JM, who says that double afterburn rocks.
The weight isn't falling off, but I can feel my body changing, which is a huge accomplishment.
Plus, the eating plan has been a little difficult to follow but I have only had one indulgence (the small scoop of gelato over the weekend.)
Today was my first (delicious) cup of coffee since starting the plan. It was heavenly. Yummy!
I can't wait to look fabulous in Italy this fall and eat my body weight in gelato.
